What is the studio’s address?
We are located right next to the East Coast Park at Singapore 449027. As this is a private studio, we seek your understanding that the exact address will only be given upon confirmed registration. Our apologies about any inconvenience caused.
Is parking available?
Yes, within the estate!
Can you travel and conduct workshops offsite? Can you offer a private lesson at my house and how do you charge for that? Can I invite you for a corporate event?

Do I need to bring any materials? Are there additional charges for the materials?
All materials are provided and you do not need to bring anything to class. There is no additional payment for materials required.
You’re more than welcome to bring your own set of materials. The studio also has additional materials available for purchase if you wish to bring home a set or buy other brushes/colours/palettes/papers. Talk to us regarding orders & availability!
How do I refer a friend and earn a FREE session?
With any new registration (as per NRIC) to our regular classes (i.e. a minimum of 4 sessions), the referrer is entitled to a FREE session (up to 3 free sessions). *Do note that both the referrer and referree need to be registered for our regular classes to qualify. Referrer’s name have to be provided at the point of registration for this promotion to be valid.
How do I pay for my classes?
Fees can be paid via Cash or PayNow (to +65 96890180).
When are class fees collected?
All payments are to be made before the class starts (/on the 1st sessions of the monthly cycle).
I am an absolute beginner, which class should I go for?
For beginners, we’d recommend the Ink 101 and 102, an important foundational intro to the world of ink art! The comprehensive guide is also suitable for anyone who wishes to get an overview of the medium and test out different materials/styles, before choosing a course from the Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced categories.
I have some foundation in painting, which level would you recommend?
Ink on rice paper is not an easy medium indeed ~ As the materials may require some time master, we’d recommend the introduction course or have some fun with the Basic classes first. But of course, if you’re up for the challenge, do chat with us and we can work it out!
Can I sign up for myself and my friend, both under my name?
For Students' or Adults' classes, we require all participants' details. If you're on a 1+1 package, yes you may provide your own details only. (But for admin purposes, we'd appreciate other participants' particulars when signing up!)
Can I sign up for a friend as a gift? What if I’m unsure when he/she is available to attend?
Sure, your can purchase a custom amount of sessions or cash credits, redeemable by your friend at any time. Email us at neptunecourtstudio@gmail.com to make an arrangement. A great gift of fun experience is on your way!
Are my classes transferable to someone else?
No. All classes are non-transferable and non-refundable once payments are made. For 1+1 packages, the participant who signed up must be present. In the event of any exceptional situations, the studio reserves the right to evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
What if I missed a class?
The studio observes strict make-up policies. Make-up sessions are available if notice is given 3 days in advance. We are happy to entertain an alternative arrangement once, upon confirmation.
Will my classes expire? Do I have to attend all 4 classes consecutively?
No, the classes do not expire, as long as our studio is standing. You don't have to come consecutively, you may come multiple times a week, or take a break whenever.
What if I have signed up for a date, and need to change it?
Re-arrangements 3 days in advance can be entertained. Simply drop us your name, contact, original class details and new timings. We’ll take it from there. Do note that the re-arrangement is only successful upon confirmation from the studio.
